• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years professional experience in sales/healthcare.
• 2 years of sales/account management, or 1 year plus healthcare experience, or active military service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel daily within territory and meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory/account plans to increase awareness and adoption of Cologuard.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers to deliver value-based diagnostic solutions.
• Analyze local markets and data to identify opportunities and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales Ops to maximize account success.
• Document interactions and pipeline in CRM while upholding ethics and compliance.
