Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 2 years of sales/inside sales/account management experience OR 1 year sales + 1 year healthcare experience OR active-duty military service as Junior Officer or above.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of Cologuard while meeting sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and stakeholders to deliver value-based diagnostic solutions.
• Analyze local markets, customer data, and accounts to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales Ops to implement customer-specific strategies.
• Document customer interactions and pipeline in CRM while upholding ethics and quality standards.
