Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Screening Sales Representative to advance colorectal cancer screening in the Reno, NV area. You will partner with healthcare providers to increase adoption of Cologuard and other diagnostic solutions, building trusted relationships and driving growth through strategic accounts and clinical education.

The role requires field travel across the territory, strong communication skills, and a focus on compliant, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or related field or four years of relevant experience
• Two years of sales/inside sales/account management experience or one year with healthcare experience
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel daily in the territory
• Legal work authorization in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of Cologuard while achieving sales objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and other stakeholders and deliver value-based diagnostic solutions
• Analyze local healthcare markets, customer data, and account insights to identify opportunities that improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Screening Advocates, Sales Operations, and Area Managers to implement customer-specific strategies
• Document customer interactions, activities, and pipeline in CRM while upholding ethics and compliance
