Abbott Laboratories in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Screening Sales Representative to drive colorectal cancer screening adoption (Cologuard) and other diagnostics. You will build trusted relationships with physicians and healthcare leaders to grow patient care and drive sales end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience.
• Two years of sales/account management experience or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness and adoption of Cologuard and other diagnostics.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare admins, and stakeholders to deliver value-based solutions.
• Analyze local markets and account insights to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Screening Advocates, Sales Ops, and Area Managers to implement strategies.
• Document customer interactions and pipeline development within CRM, upholding ethics and compliance.
