Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Screening Sales Representative in the Valparaiso, IN area to drive colorectal cancer screening adoption, build trusted relationships with physicians, and expand the use of Cologuard and other diagnostics. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute territory strategies and manage the sales pipeline with integrity.

The role requires 2+ years in sales (or equivalent healthcare experience), strong communication, and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences or 4 years' relevant experience.
• 2 years of sales/inside sales or account management, or 1 year plus healthcare experience, or active-duty service.
• Strong verbal and written communication plus relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory, including occasional overnight travel.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic territory and account plans to increase Cologuard adoption and meet sales targets.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare leaders to deliver value-based solutions.
• Analyze local markets and account data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales Ops to implement account strategies.
• Document interactions and pipeline in the CRM with high ethical and compliance standards.
