Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Screening Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV to drive adoption of Cologuard and other diagnostic solutions. You will partner with healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and identify opportunities to improve patient care within a dynamic diagnostics team.

This frontline role requires strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to ethical standards while delivering value-based outcomes across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or related field or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Two years of sales/ account management experience OR healthcare-related experience OR military service as Junior Officer or above.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel daily within the territory and occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic territory plans to increase awareness, adoption, and sales of Cologuard.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare admins, delivering value-based solutions.
• Analyze local markets and data to identify opportunities and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Ops, and Area Managers on strategies.
• Document interactions, activities, and pipeline in CRM with ethics and compliance.
