Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
2 years of sales or account management experience or related healthcare experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with customers.
Ability to travel daily within territory and meet credentialing/ vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of Cologuard and other diagnostic solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare administrators.
Analyze local markets and account data to identify opportunities that improve patient outcomes and drive growth.
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Screen Advocates, Sales Operations, and Area Managers to implement customer-specific strategies.
Document interactions and pipeline in CRM with high ethical standards.
