Cartwheel is hiring Mental Health Therapists to provide teletherapy and school-based mental health support from anywhere in the United States. This role is a 1099 independent contractor with 10–20 hours per week, focusing on elementary to high school students in partner districts.

You’ll collaborate with school staff, counselors, and Cartwheel clinicians to plan and deliver care, while engaging families to strengthen mental health pathways in schools.

Formación

• Active license to deliver mental health care (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, PhD/PsyD, etc.)
• Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing
• Experience delivering care via telehealth
• Strong tech skills with Zoom, GSuite, EHR systems and collaboration tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up)

Responsabilidades

• Provide teletherapy and mental health assessments for students in Cartwheel’s partner school districts.
• Collaborate with referring school counselors and other relevant providers at start of treatment and over the course of care.
• Build trusted relationships with school staff and families to support student mental health and school engagement.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to parents and caregivers to enhance therapy work.
• Collaborate with Cartwheel MDs/NPs on treatment planning and care delivery.
