Zusammenfassung

Cartwheel is recruiting a Mental Health Therapist (Contractor) for 100% remote work with Ohio licensure. You’ll work with school staff, students, and families in partner districts, delivering tele-therapy and assessments.

Start dates rolling Fall 2026, 8–20 hours weekly, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary care team. Role offers competitive pay ($45–$80/hour) plus potential quarterly bonuses, virtual supervision, and access to tools enabling efficient care delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Active Ohio license (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD) to deliver mental health care.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing.
• Experience delivering care via tele-health.
• Strong tech skills and ability to learn Zoom, Google Workspace, EHRs.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to offer hours during and after the typical school day (3–8 pm ET).
• Note: active license in the above state allows remote work nationwide.

Aufgaben

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to students in partner districts.
• Collaborate with school counselors and providers at start and during care.
• Build trusted relationships with staff and families to support mental health needs.
• Provide psycho-education and support to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with Cartwheel MDs/NPs on treatment planning and care delivery.
• Coordinate with External Referrals to community providers.
• Participate in case consultations with Cartwheel team.
• Support Cartwheel’s clinical programming and care team.
