Qualifications

• Requires concentration to manage fast paced calls and meet quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patient families to Children’s Medical Group for appointment scheduling.
• Uses EPIC scheduling and related queues to manage appointments, waitlists, and communications.
• Registers patients or guardians with MyChart and ensures proper consent and insurance information.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and accurate data entry per registration protocols.
• Adheres to organizational code of ethics and company policies.
