Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a role within the access team to welcome patient families to Children's Medical Group for appointment scheduling and to serve as a liaison between patient families and the clinic. The position reports to the CMG Contact Center Supervisor and collaborates with regional specialists and clinic leadership for optimal outcomes.

This role uses EPIC scheduling applications, handles wait lists, registrations, and communications with families, while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to assist patients, parents, and physicians.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inbound calls.
