Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/HSED required.
• Experience in healthcare or call-center settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional patient experience by assisting patients, parents, providers and other staff.
• Utilizes EPIC scheduling applications and work queues to facilitate appointment scheduling and related tasks.
• Supports registration of patients with MyChart and access.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and proper release of information processes.
• Enters all registration information accurately and completely.
• Maintains proficiency with EPIC and related applications.
• Adheres to organizational ethics and policies in daily duties.
