Provide’s SBA lending team is seeking a regional director to originate and close government-guaranteed small business loans. You will identify and develop qualified SBA loan prospects, assess eligibility and credit qualifications, and coordinate with product partners to tailor solutions for clients.

The role emphasizes relationship-building and risk-aware growth within a tech-enabled lending framework. The successful candidate will have extensive SBA program knowledge, at least five years of SBA

Formación

• Minimum of five years of SBA sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. SBA loan programs.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and provide needs-based solutions.
• Underwriting experience and basic credit training preferred.
• Proven ability to build new and existing client business with strong client experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify qualified SBA loan prospects through centers of influence and referral sources.
• Assess SBA eligibility and credit qualifications, collect required documentation.
• Adhere to SBA SOP and internal credit policies while centering the customer.
• Collaborate with product partners to tailor relationship strategies for clients.
• Attend industry events to grow networks and stay informed on trends and competition.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and coordinate credit requests with internal teams.
