Job summary

Sivadconsulting is seeking a Business Development Officer for a remote role based in Utah. You will oversee SBA customer relationships, originate SBA loans, equipment leasing, and ABL financing, while building broker networks and driving nationwide deal flow.

You will work with marketing and leadership to develop strategy, manage risk, underwriting, and coordinate funding. Five+ years of financial services sales and strong SBA experience are required, with a track record of $20MM+ annual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of sales experience in financial services.
• Strong SBA industry experience required.
• Proven ability to originate SBA loans and manage lending relationships.
• Proven sales production of $20MM+ per year over the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Originate SBA loans, equipment leasing, and ABL financing transactions nationwide.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with customers and brokers.
• Generate leads and prepare financing packages for underwriting.
• Coordinate funding with Operations and achieve annual production goals.
• Use Salesforce and origination systems to support deal flow.
