Job summary

Provide, powered by Fifth Third, seeks a regional SBA Lending Director to lead the origination and closing of government-guaranteed SBA loans. You will source opportunities, assess eligibility, and guide clients through the One Bank process with product partners.

You will build and maintain relationships with centers of influence, analyze client needs, and drive revenue growth while ensuring credit risk is appropriately managed. This role is remote in the United States with strong incentives.

Qualifications

• SBA knowledge required and relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of five years SBA sales experience.
• Strong analysis of financial statements and profitability drivers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop qualified SBA loan prospects through centers of influence.
• Assess SBA eligibility and credit qualifications with applicants.
• Adhere to SBA SOP and Fifth Third credit policy.
• Collaborate with product partners on tailored relationship strategies.
• Attend community events to expand referral networks.
