Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformations across S/4HANA migrations, clean core delivery, and AI-enabled SAP capabilities. You will guide teams, coordinate with clients, and steer workstreams from planning through execution, with travel to client sites as required.

The role demands strong SAP expertise across Greenfield, Brownfield, and SDT approaches, and experience with RISE operating model, LeanIX, Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year).
• 4–6 years of SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE model.
• Hands-on SAP BTP services: Build, Integration Suite, and BDC.
• Experience with AI capabilities in SAP delivery, incl. Joule, and agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of SAP projects and transformations.
• Engage with external clients, run sessions, and guide workstreams.
• Travel as needed (estimated 40–60%) to meet client needs.
