Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA migrations and clean core delivery. You will advise clients on deployment strategies, guide teams across multiple streams, and manage risk while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with vendors and external clients, travel 40-60%, and a strong background in SAP architecture, RISE, and AI-enabled SAP tools.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering S/4HANA transformations across greenfield, brownfield and SDT migrations.
• Proven SAP deployment advisory experience using SAP BTP services to support clean core.
• Deep expertise migrating ECC workloads to S/4HANA including code remediation and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, participate in sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure timely completion.
