Tripoint Solutions is seeking an entry-level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line assistance to end users of SAP and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer service. An active Secret Clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP modules.
• SAP certification in relevant modules (FI, MM, SD).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementations.
• Familiarity with database management and SAP integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Experience in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP support and troubleshoot issues for end users.
• Support SAP User Management activities, including access and basic role management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance.
• Document support activities, changes, and user guides.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates to minimize disruption.
