A Secret Clearance is required. Location flexibility is offered across supported states; candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business admin, or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP systems in professional environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Effective communication with technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules.
• Support SAP User Management activities including access and basic role management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance for optimal operation.
• Document support activities, changes, and user guides for knowledge resources.
• Assist in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new functionalities.
