Job summary

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Entry Level SAP Support Specialist for a remote role. The position supports SAP ERP modules, requires strong communication, and mandates an Active Secret Clearance.

Location flexibility includes AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA with no relocation assistance. Responsibilities include user management, issue resolution, ongoing documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
• Support SAP User Management (SAP UM) activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
• Document support activities, system changes, and user guides to maintain clear and accessible knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
