Job summary

Tripoint Solutions is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join the IT support team. You will provide first-line assistance to SAP users, resolve issues, and deliver strong customer service. An active Secret Clearance is required.

The role is remote with eligibility to relocate to supported states; candidates must reside in or relocate to MD, DC, VA and other listed states. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field is required.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work with technical and business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules.
• Support SAP User Management (SAP UM) activities, including user access and basic role management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance for compliance.
• Document support activities, changes, and user guides for knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new functionalities.
