Searchability is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant for a fully remote contract through March 2027. The role focuses on configuring and optimising Compensation, Variable Pay and Total Compensation within SF, while providing L2/L3 support and working with HR and integration teams.

You will configure worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules and workflows, design bonus plans, and ensure multi-currency handling and accurate proration logic across countries.

Formación

• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Strong understanding of compensation processes and incentive programmes.
• Advanced config experience with templates through Provisioning.
• Experience with eligibility rules, budgets, and routing maps.
• Knowledge of currency conversion and proration logic.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain SF Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot defects.
• Configure worksheets, statements, budgets, and templates.
• Design bonus plans, proration logic, and goal mapping.
• Link performance forms to compensation via rating sources.
• Collaborate with HR and integration teams.
