Job summary

MissionHires is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager (Remote, U.S.) to lead end-to-end SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) implementations for enterprise clients. You will manage cross-functional teams, deliver executive-ready insights, and drive HR transformation in a remote, learning-focused culture.

The role requires prior consulting experience, proven leadership of multi-project lifecycles, and strong client-facing communication skills to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise clients in a consulting environment.
• Led multiple full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors Payroll / SAP ECP.
• Strong project management, risk/issue tracking and escalation.
• Excellent client-facing communication and executive briefing skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Payroll / SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations across full project lifecycles
• Direct SAP and technology delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes
• Maintain hands-on involvement to validate deliverables and meet deadlines
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal project teams
• Present executive briefings and deliver clear, persuasive stakeholder communications
• Oversee project plans, monitor risks/issues, and escalate as needed
• Contribute to HR strategy and technology transformation initiatives that enhance workforce experience and HR effectiveness
