Synergy Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Configuration Consultant to join our team in a fully remote role. The candidate will lead EC Payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, and wage types, and support end-to-end payroll projects with strong client-facing communication skills.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, integration with Employee Central, and production support, with involvement in testing and year-end activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll functions.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll projects and production support.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP) according to business requirements.
• Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll features.
• Analyze requirements and translate into payroll configurations.
• Support end-to-end payroll implementation, enhancements, and production support.
• Perform payroll testing (unit, SIT, UAT, regression) and reconcile results.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with EC, Time Management, Benefits, and Integrations teams.
• Participate in client workshops and business requirements sessions.
• Prepare functional specs and configuration documentation.
• Support year-end activities and statutory compliance.
