Job summary

Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead design discussions and deliver full life cycle implementations across modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and Onboarding. You will translate business requirements into practical HR solutions while collaborating with project teams and clients to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in SAP SuccessFactors, multiple full life cycle implementations, and strong HR process knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 3+ full life cycle implementations of Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and Onboarding.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of at least two SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on application expert in the SuccessFactors suite of products.
• Lead and support full life cycle implementations across SuccessFactors modules, with emphasis on Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and Onboarding.
• Apply deep HR process knowledge to design practical, scalable solutions that align with business and technology requirements.
• Lead client design workshops and guide solution design practices and standards aligned to SAP best practices.
• Translate business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend alternatives when business requirements conflict with standard system functionality.
• Prepare, review, and support project deliverables while staying within project scope.
• Support functional and technical leads during workshops and project activities.
• Design and support proof of concepts to validate proposed technical solutions.
• Provide impact assessments related to Quarterly Releases and other platform changes.
• Assist with workshop and training materials as needed.
• Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements and objectives.
• Develop system configurations that meet client specifications while adhering to best practices and implementation standards.
• Support post-go-live application activities under a Managed Services model.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the ongoing development of the SAP practice.
• Proactively identify process improvements and provide clear, concise solution definitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
