Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive design and delivery of HR technology solutions. You will work across Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and Onboarding, translating business needs into scalable configurations and leading workshops with clients to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 3+ full life cycle implementations of EC, Compensation, Variable Pay, and Onboarding.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of at least two modules.
• Strong HR process knowledge and data migration experience.
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors.
• Ability to troubleshoot and propose optimizations.
• Proven client-facing design and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support full life cycle implementations across SuccessFactors modules.
• Design practical, scalable HR solutions aligned to business goals.
• Lead client design workshops and set implementation standards.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP SF configurations.
• Provide impact assessments for quarterly releases and platform changes.
• Develop workshop and training materials and support post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with project leads, technical teams, and clients to ensure quality outcomes.
