Job summary

The Toro Company in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business stakeholders. You will deliver SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions, lead design, testing, and implementation, and mentor peers.

This senior role requires eight+ years in IT or business analytics, strong SAP SD experience, and excellent communication. Expect collaboration across functions, data integrity focus, and opportunities to influence technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business plus eight+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, MM, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders and management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex assignments in a collaborative environment.
• Acts as a senior advisor to business and IT management.
• Builds effective relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Negotiates project priorities, solution approaches, resource needs, and business outcomes.
• May lead project teams and provide work direction to other team members.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems.
• Partners with stakeholders and IT to document requirements and translate into deliverables.
• Acts as SME for SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, EDI, and third-party ordering integrations.
• Leads projects from concept to implementation with planning and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans end-to-end testing across integrated solutions with traceable test plans and approvals.
• Provides production support by troubleshooting issues and training users.
• Mentors team members and stays current with technologies and processes.
• May lead project teams and provide work direction.
