Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN HQ seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field with 8+ years of experience
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and teams

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT to document requirements and translate them into deliverables
• Serves as a senior advisor for SAP SD and related processes, including pricing, EDI, and third-party integrations
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, defining scope, planning, coordination, and knowledge transfer
• Develops and improves procedures to meet complex requirements while maintaining data integrity
• Plans end-to-end testing across integrated solutions and documents results and approvals
• Provides production support, data analysis, and process improvements, and trains users
• Mentors team members and stays current with relevant technologies and practices
• Acts as senior advisor to business and IT management, coordinating cross-functional relationships
