Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, plus eight or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution experience, including Order-to-Cash; pricing, payment card solutions, EDI, and third-party ordering integrations.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or other related business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into effective system deliverables.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP SD and Order-to-Cash, and advises management on technology choices.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including planning, coordination, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, procedures, and controls while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions with documented test plans and results.
• Provides production support by troubleshooting issues and training users.
