The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst in the United States to bridge IT and business stakeholders. You will lead SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash projects, mentor staff, and ensure robust integrations including pricing, EDI, and payment card processing.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing, solution evaluation, and providing strategic guidance on technology and processes. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field with 8+ years experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations across finance, MM, manufacturing, or warehouse.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and test plans.
• Strong communication, analytical, and multi-project prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP SD and Order-to-Cash implementations from concept to go-live.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and translate to system deliverables.
• Act as SAP Subject Matter Expert for SD, OTC, pricing, EDI, and integrations.
• Lead projects, coordinate scope, evaluation, planning, and knowledge transfer.
• Improve processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Plan end-to-end testing with related systems; document results and defects.
• Provide production support and user training.
• Mentor team members and stay current with technologies.
• May lead project teams and provide direction.
