Job summary

SMX is seeking a Data Integration Specialist to design and maintain data pipelines that feed a new enterprise-wide budgeting platform. You will work with SAP S/4HANA, SAC, and HANA sources to ensure accurate, secure data movement.

The role is fully remote in the United States with minimal travel (<20%) and requires US citizenship for Public Trust clearance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires deep experience in ETL/ELT and data integration.
• Strong understanding of financial data structures and security.
• Experience with SAP analytics stack (SAC/HANA/S4HANA/BW) is essential.
• Proven ability to design and optimize data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for financial data.
• Analyze data from SAP sources and other systems to support budgeting solution.
• Create mappings and write CDS views and SQL for data transformation.
• Implement data quality checks and reconciliation processes.
