SMX is seeking a Data Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines connecting client financial systems to a new budgeting and forecasting platform. This 100% remote, full-time role requires working with SAP HANA, SAC, and S/4HANA environments, ensuring data quality and secure data flows.

Travel is minimal (<20%), and US Citizenship is required for Public Trust clearance. The candidate will collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and client SMEs to align

Qualificações

• 5+ years in data integration, CDS view development, ETL, or data engineering.
• Proficient in CDS, SQL, and relational databases (SAP HANA, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience loading data into SAC and S/4HANA source systems; SAP Data Services or BTP familiarity.
• Strong data analytics, BI, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to extract financial data and load into the budget solution.
• Source System Analysis: Collaborate with client stakeholders to analyze data from SAP and government systems to understand data structures and rules.
• Data Mapping & Transformation: Create mapping documents; write and run CDS views and SQL to transform and cleanse data.
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning: Monitor jobs, troubleshoot failures, optimize pipeline performance to meet SLAs.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers, solution architects, consultants, and client SMEs.
• Documentation: Develop technical docs including data flow diagrams and SOPs.
