SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is the premier distributor of salon professional products in the United States. The SBP grows the local stylist and salon community by delivering education, strong product offerings, and industry-leading education and promotions across OMNI channels.

Competenze

• High school degree required, bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year outside sales or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
• Demonstrated outside sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of social media usage and impact.

Mansioni

• Consultative sales: develop salon partnerships and long-term business plans within assigned territory.
• Educate and train salon owners through area classes, shows, and in-salon sessions.
• Admin duties include remote-order entry and participation in regional/national sales meetings.
• Use OMNI channels (in-salon, in-store, ecomm) to reach accounts and drive sales.
