Job summary

SalonCentric, a premier distributor of salon professional products and a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Salon Business Partner to grow the local Stylist and Salon community in Michigan. This remote field role covers Saginaw, Midland, Mount Pleasant and collaborates across OMNI channels to drive sales, education, and partnerships with salons and stores.

You will develop tailored salon business plans, coordinate in-salon education, manage remote orders, and travel up to 75% to cover

Qualifications

• Demonstrated outside sales experience or beauty industry experience.
• Consultative selling approach with clients and salon owners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to leverage social media to engage local salon communities.
• Highly organized, flexible, goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: develop salon business plans within territory and grow market share.
• Education & Training: coordinate events, classes, shows, and in-salon trainings with brand partners.
• Administration & Planning: manage remote order entry and participate in regional and national sales meetings.
