Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Salon Business Partner to drive sales and growth within an assigned territory, leveraging OMNI channels and brand education. This remote role supports salons and stylists across the East Dallas area, with frequent travel to key accounts and industry events.

The position requires consultative selling, customer service excellence, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 75% is expected to deepen partnerships and expand market share.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year outside sales or beauty industry experience.
• Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
• Strong social media skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must live within assigned territory and be able to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales to develop salon relationships and drive growth within the territory.
• Promote omni-channel strategies to build long-term partnerships.
• Lead meetings with salon owners to understand goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate education and training events with internal brand partners.
• Travel to cover accounts within the assigned geographical area.
