Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud. You will work with the Senior Administrator to implement enhancements, automation, and reliable data workflows across the Salesforce ecosystem, including supported integrations with Jira and Workday.

The role also involves helping adopt Salesforce AI capabilities like Agentforce and maintaining cross-cloud alignment, with remote-first, global collaboration across Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring stability and performance.
• Collaborate with Senior Administrator on enhancements and platform improvements.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation flows.
• Assist with user management, permissions, and role-based access controls.
• Troubleshoot issues and respond to user support requests.
• Document configurations and maintain data governance practices.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce updates and new features.
• Monitor and configure AI-enabled capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein AI.
