San Diego Workforce Partnership seeks a Salesforce Administrator to lead administration, configuration, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce across the organization. You will translate program needs into secure, scalable solutions that support operations, reporting, and data-informed decision-making.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design declarative solutions, automate processes, manage integrations, and optimize platform functionality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum three years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience building declarative automations with Flow Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and Excel for bulk data changes.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop declarative automation using Flow Builder to streamline processes.
• Monitor integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications and troubleshoot issues.
