Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and AI-driven workflows.
3-5+ years in product support or Salesforce administration or related tech support.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary user-facing support contact and manage escalations across supported products.
Build and leverage AI tools to accelerate diagnosis and root-cause analysis.
Administer Service Cloud declaratively (Flow Builder, metadata-driven solutions) and monitor integrations.
Lead onboarding, rollout planning, and UAT testing for new features.
Drive knowledge management improvements and document feedback for product enhancements.
