Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform to support 400+ users in a remote setting. The administrator will collaborate with leadership, developers, and the user community to translate business needs into functional solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience, ADM201, and experience with Education Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud and Tableau.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administrator experience.
• ADM201 Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Salesforce BA or Platform App Builder certification preferred.
• Experience with Education Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud and Tableau is highly desirable.
• Experience leveraging AppExchange products and DevOps tools like Gearset is desirable.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document user requirements and stories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Salesforce admin for 400+ users.
• Gather business requirements and map end-to-end processes.
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows for Salesforce solutions.
• Design and deploy data mapping, object modeling, and automation.
• Implement enhancements: custom objects, Salesforce Flows, email alerts, approvals, templates.
• Maintain Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, predictive models).
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and other apps/systems.
• Document usage, workflows, and training materials.
• Design, test, and deploy configuration-based solutions.
• Review configuration, data, and usage for long-term viability.
• Identify enhancements to improve performance and reporting.
• Handle admin tasks: user accounts, security, reports, dashboards.
• Prepare for seasonal platform upgrades and audits.
