Job summary

MyComputerCareer in Remote is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform to support 400+ users, internal processes, and reporting. You will work closely with leadership, developers, and the user community to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience, ADM201 certification, and experience with Education Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years hands-on Salesforce administrator experience.
• ADM201 certification required.
• Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud and Tableau is highly desirable.
• Experience with AppExchange products to develop a solution.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data security, and declarative configuration.
• Ability to gather, analyze user input and document stories/process flows.
• A demonstrated history of driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the primary systems administrators for the Salesforce.com environment of 400+ users.
• Conduct business requirement gathering sessions detailing end-to-end process mapping.
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support Salesforce solutions.
• Work with team members to design and implement data mapping, object modeling, layout design, and automated processes.
• Implement enhancements including custom objects, advanced Flows, email alerts, approvals, and templates.
• Support, optimize, and maintain Salesforce AI capabilities—Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and predictive models.
• Assist in managing integrations between Salesforce and other applications/systems.
• Document and maintain documentation on use, flows, and training materials.
• Design, test, debug, and deploy configuration-based solutions on Salesforce.
• Perform routine reviews of configuration, data, and usage for long-term viability.
