Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with IT and Salesforce teams. You’ll own the Salesforce backlog, shape the product roadmap, and translate requirements into epics and stories.
You’ll lead sprint ceremonies, drive automation opportunities, and ensure deployment readiness while coordinating across stakeholders, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting platform integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Lead requirements gathering and UAT for scalable solutions.
- Support release planning and deployment readiness.
