Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
• Advanced Salesforce Administration skills and platform familiarity are essential.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, write acceptance criteria, and drive UAT.
• Experience with platform integrations and data modeling for reports/dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations in a large org.
• Experience partnering with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define the roadmap.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive automation opportunities and platform adoption to improve experiences for customers, partners, and employees.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, and production readiness across Salesforce and related systems.
