Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce backlogs, set product vision, and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. You’ll partner with IT, developers, and business leaders to drive automation and process improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, UAT, release validation, and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable KPIs. Fully remote, with travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or BP Manager.
• Proficient in Salesforce administration and data modeling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather requirements and translate to epics, features, stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Drive automation and process improvements with business leaders.
• Lead end-to-end testing, UAT, and deployment validations for medium-scale initiatives.
