Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to act as the functional SME for Salesforce, drive platform enhancements, and manage the subscription lifecycle with operational process optimization. You will partner with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
- Advanced Salesforce Administration experience.
- 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint events: planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Drive platform adoption and identify automation opportunities.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and UAT for medium to large initiatives.
