Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

You will own Salesforce backlogs, drive automation opportunities, and lead end-to-end process improvements across enterprise systems within a fully remote US context.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes and applications).
• Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
