Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce product ownership, BPM, and admin activities, aligning business needs with scalable platform solutions. Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Experience supporting platform integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Manage platform support, enhancement requests, and release validation across Salesforce.
