Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to act as the liaison among business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own Salesforce backlogs, define the product vision, and translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories to build scalable platform solutions.

You will drive process improvements, oversee UAT and releases, manage data integrity and security, and coordinate with partners and vendors to deliver enterprise-scale changes.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
• Advanced Salesforce Administration experience and platform integrations.
• Experience with platform analytics and reporting using BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and roadmap.
• Gather requirements and translate to epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive automation and process improvements across platforms.
