Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. You will own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and drive platform adoption across the organization.

In this role, you will lead sprint planning, engage in UAT, manage enhancements, and collaborate with executives to identify automation opportunities.

• Strong experience aligning business needs with Salesforce solutions.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into epics and user stories.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and UAT activities.
• Knowledge of data modeling and reporting for dashboards.
