Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. You will own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, translating requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews while driving automation opportunities and platform adoption across the enterprise.

Formación

• Requires ~5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• ~3+ years experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives.
