Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, drive process improvements, and align IT with business goals. You will lead requirements, UAT, release validation, and cross-functional governance, partnering with stakeholders, developers, and leadership to deliver scalable platform solutions.

• Requires advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration and platform governance.
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and post-deployment support.
• Influences prioritization amid multiple stakeholder groups and vendor teams.
• Experience with platform integrations and enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Operate with minimal supervision while balancing competing priorities across projects and governance.
• Contribute to process improvements and lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT, and release validations.
